EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICIES 

At HIBA HASBINI, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective piece, please contact us at hibahasbini.info@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

All of our jewelry is covered under a two-month warranty from the date of purchase, during which we are happy to assist with any issues related the piece.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions: 

Valid for use online. Can be used across multiple purchases until the full balance is spent. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Shipping

• All orders within the UAE are shipped using Quiqup.
• All International orders are shipped using Quiqup.
• Shipping costs are calculated according to your country at checkout.

 

Taxes and Duties

For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individual’s country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control.
