Grey Hearts Long Necklace - Yellow Gold

I’m honestly so disappointed. I was really looking forward to this necklace – it was a Mother’s Day gift from my kids, which made it even more special. Sadly, one of the hearts slipped off and fell while I was wearing it in public. It was incredibly embarrassing, and I had no idea until someone pointed it out.

This was our first time ordering from this brand, and I genuinely didn’t expect something like this to happen. I thought I was receiving something meaningful and well-made, but instead, it ended up being a huge letdown. The sentimental value behind this gift just makes the whole situation even more upsetting. The most frustrating part is that I wasn’t rough with it at all — I wore it like I do all my other necklaces, normally and with care.

I had high hopes, but this experience really shook my trust in the quality. I wish I had a better story to tell.

I did not really like the quality, it looked a bit cheap, did not really deserve the price. Would have loved some kind of promo for this or for a next order.
